This is a map of the layout of my hometown drawn entirely from memory. The drawing began in the center of the map with the location of my childhood home and extended out from that point according to how the remainder of the city sits in my head in relation to my home.
On the Lease (March 2007)
For this etching, I drew floor plans from memory for each residence that I have paid rent in order to inhabit up until March of 2007 (when this print was created). The floor plans are color coded according to state and overlayed according to the location of my bed.
