In this case, the client came to me with a very clear vision of the images he wanted incorporated into his album design. I chose not to include any text on the cover so as not to compete with the dense visual information already present in the artwork. I used a transparent overlay on the interior artwork to make the text more legible while still maintaining the integrity of the painting underneath.
